Welcome to Team 555

Welcome to the Montclair Robotics 2010 website!

This site is for all of the FIRST teams in the Montclair School District, including the FRC team, the FTC team, the FLL teams, and the JFLL team. It has been completely redesigned for the 2010 Breakway season in order to better organize and archive information for both current and future team members as well as visitors.

This site provides information about these teams, FIRST, and our sponsors. It also gives you greater interaction with team members through both a blog and a forum, along with pictures and videos from the build season and events. This will allow you to view updates on the team and the robot's progress, and ask questions, should you have any.

We are looking forward to the Breakaway tournaments, and we hope that this site will be useful for you.

Montclair Society of Engineers Presentation

So, this is the week of the presentation. It's hard to believe that we're already done with the official competitions, and are hopefully going to participate in some post season and pre season games. On Friday, the 14th, our robot got shipped back from Atlanta, with only minimal damage to the crate. We're currently preparing our presentation that we're going to give, along with an epic video by Loren Sherman, one of the freshmen on our team, to the Montclair Society of Engineers. Four other teams will be presenting too, so I hope we make a good impression.
